19th Century English Egyptianesque Standish, the lidded sarcophagus form inkwell holder decorated with geometric banding & raised on ball feet, the lid surmounted by a large sphinx, the shaped base with two pen recesses, engraved with a geometric border & raised on sphinx & winged architectural supports.
